Features We looked at other heated grips on the market and chose these because they include features not found on any other grips in this price range. The Koso Heated Grips have a weather resistant on/off switch with TWO temperature settings. The switch clamps to your handlebar or mounts to any mirror bolt using a flange and includes hardware. The wiring connects to the battery via an inline blade type fuse housed inside a weather resistant holder. If you don't believe us check the great review they received in Performance Bike magazine. Tech Tips Installation is easy and straight forward using the wiring instructions on the back of the package. The grips are 5" long and ±1-1/2" in diameter. The grip ends can be opened up to slide far onto the handlebar or to accommodate bar end weights. They can also be shortened by ±1/4". The left grip has a 7/8" inside diameter (I.D.) and the right grip has a 1" I.D. They fit most Japanese motorcycles. On a CBX they're a little loose so you may want to wrap some duct tape around your bars or throttle for a snug fit. If you wish to use grip adhesive you should use a heat resistant one and apply it to the handlebar and then slide the grip on. For unhindered operation of the throttle we recommend that you leave about 4" of slack wire in a snag-free position.
